We can usually
confirm a booking immediately by telephone. All other
booking methods will be responded to by close of business
on the same day. All bookings are subject to availability.
Online bookings requiring payment will be confirmed
by telephone. |
Self
Hire Bookings are acceptable at anytime
weekdays. On weekends and bank holidays we reserve the
right to not to accept bookings during 11.00 and 18.00hrs.
All online Chauffeur bookings
are FastTracked and acceptable
at anytime of day including evening.
FastTrack

Deposit
Upon collection of self hire craft we require
a damages deposit of a credit card imprint. This deposit
is refundable upon the safe return of the craft and the
payment of any outstanding balance.
We only guarantee punts for 15 minutes
beyond the agreed time. Late arrival may lead to a further
delay or a reduced timing. If you are going to be delayed,
please notify us as soon as possible, so that we can try
to reschedule your booking.
VAT
All rates quoted on this website include VAT charged at
the current rate, where applicable.
Credit
Cards We accept most major cards. A 2.5%
handling charge is applicable on all credit cards transactions
(no charge on debit cards). Cheques to be made out to Granta
Boat & Punt Company.
